The Director <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ircres.cnr.it\/index.php\/it\/reale\" target=\"_blank\">Emanuela Reale<\/a> illustrated \u201c<strong>Government R&amp;D funding for Academic Research: are there incentives for Climate change solutions?<\/strong>\u201d(E. Reale, A.O. Spinello).<br><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ircres.cnr.it\/index.php\/it\/morettini\" target=\"_blank\">Lucio Morettini<\/a> presented \u201c<strong>Scientific production and publication practices: Italian academics behaviour after the introduction on national scientific qualification system (ASN)<\/strong>\u201d (L. Morettini, S. Fabrizio,\u00a0 E. Reale, U. Finardi).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>CHER (Consortium of Higher Education Researchers) was founded during a first conference on November, 24-26, 1988 in Kassel (Germany) where some 50 scholars from 17 countries met to discuss the current state and future avenues in the field of higher education research.
