The conference will delve into the complexities and uncertainties surrounding <strong>STI policy <\/strong>and investigate potential connections between these policies and the achievement of long-term goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contributions from various fields such as sociology, economics, statistics, political sciences, public policy, and innovation studies are welcome. Participation from researchers in <strong>Natural Sciences<\/strong> and other relevant domains are particularly appreciated, given the shared interest in the proposed theme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ECC Conference primarily aims to engage <strong>early career researchers<\/strong> and <strong>PhD students<\/strong> working in the areas of Research Policy and Innovation studies. The chair of the Conference is Dr Antonio Zinilli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The selection process will be based on the submission of an <strong>extended abstract<\/strong> (400-600 words) and a CV, which should highlight the PhD dissertation topic and, for research assistants and post-doctoral researchers, their main research projects.
